Digital photograph orders
We currently sell photograph licences with digital downloads through the website. Select the correct photograph or full album and the licence you need before paying. Your basket and checkout show the items and total price. No postage is charged for digital downloads.
Getting your photographs
Downloads become available in your customer account after payment has been confirmed. Sign in with the account used for the order, open My orders and select Download photos. We also send an order confirmation email. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder and your account rather than placing the order again.
Photo download access normally lasts 48 hours from payment confirmation. The exact deadline shown on your order applies. You can download again during that window, so save a copy of the ZIP and extract the photographs and included licence documents before it expires. Expiry of the download link does not end the usage rights granted by your purchased licence.
File format and connection
Photographs and their licence documents are supplied in a ZIP archive. You need an internet connection, enough free storage and software that can open ZIP files and the supplied image and document formats. Larger albums take longer to prepare and download. Keep your downloaded originals backed up somewhere safe.
Logos, tags and permitted use
Public gallery photographs carry preview watermarks. Your purchased files follow the licence and original-image settings for that album. Older originals may already include a small bottom tag; that existing tag remains in the download and the site does not add a second tag to those albums. New tag-free originals can receive the configured Personal or Commercial logo. Media downloads receive no additional website logo. The included licence document records the permitted use, watermark restrictions and the Media editorial cropping exception.
Help with a download
If a file is missing, damaged or unavailable, or you miss the access window, contact ryan@steel-stream.com with your order number and photograph or album reference. We will check the order and the appropriate way to resolve it. Do not send card details. A technical download problem does not remove your statutory rights.
Design, video and future merchandise
Design and video projects are arranged by enquiry. File formats, approvals and delivery dates are agreed in the project quotation. Merchandise is not currently available to purchase online. If physical products are introduced, their available destinations, delivery cost and expected times will be shown before payment; any different delivery arrangement must be agreed with you.
